These terms govern personal training services provided by Real World Retention LLC (“we”, “us”), trading as Level Up Life, booked through levelup-life.shop.
A package is a fixed number of one-to-one personal training sessions of the stated length, delivered by one of our certified trainers at an agreed location. Packages are a service, not a membership or a physical product.
Packages are paid in full at the time of booking as a single card payment. We do not operate subscriptions, we do not store card details, and no booking can result in a later automatic charge. Prices are in US dollars.
Sessions remain valid for six months from the date of purchase. There is no minimum weekly frequency. Sessions are non-transferable between clients without our agreement.
Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, are counted as delivered. We may waive this for illness or emergency at our discretion.
You confirm you are medically fit to undertake physical exercise and will disclose any condition, injury or medication that may affect your safety. Personal training carries inherent risk of injury. Our trainers are certified and insured, but you participate at your own risk and should consult a physician before beginning any new exercise programme.
For sessions at your address you agree to provide a safe, clear training space. Our trainers may decline to proceed where a space is unsafe; the session is not charged in that case.
We may substitute a trainer of equivalent qualification where necessary. You may request a different trainer at any time, and remaining sessions carry over.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a package is limited to the amount you paid for that package.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
